Founded by two friends, Abha and Avni, our mission is to empower women by offering contemporary, stylish clothing that combines class, comfort, and individuality. If you have a passion for design and a knack for crafting stunning western wear, we’d love to see your artistry shine!
What You'll Do:
- Create innovative, stylish designs for our women’s western wear collection that reflect our brand’s objective.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and incorporating the latest trends in women's fashion to ensure our pieces are always chic and relevant.
- Work closely with our founders, along with marketing and production teams to bring your designs to life, ensuring the final product matches your creative vision.
- Our standards for quality and sustainability are quite high hence you need to ensure the selection of fabrics and materials match those.
- With constant surveys and feedback loops engage with our founders and community to incorporate their input into your designs, making sure our collection resonates with our audience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in women's western wear design (the more creative experience, the better!).
- A strong portfolio showcasing your unique style, innovative designs, and an understanding of the western wear aesthetic.
- A keen eye for fashion trends and the ability to translate them into cohesive collections that cater to our target audience.
- Proficiency in design software (like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop) to bring your ideas to life effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit that thrives in a dynamic, creative environment.
