Role Overview
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who doesn’t just design, but tells stories. Someone with an eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to decode what makes Gen Z and millennials tick. If you can translate strategy into visually stunning content, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
• Conceptualize and create compelling designs for digital campaigns, social media, websites, branding, packaging, illustrations, and OOH branding.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
• Understand youth culture, pop trends, and internet language to create fresh, relatable, and authentic designs.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with quick turnarounds without compromising on quality.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and creative formats.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, motion graphics, GIFs, and short-form content is a plus.
• Strong sense of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
• Good understanding of social media aesthetics (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta Ads, etc.).
• A keen eye for detail, originality, and storytelling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
