Job Description
Title: Sr. US Accountant (CA / CPA Certified)
Experience: 2 - 5 years
Location: Ahmedabad (work from office)
Salary: upto 18 LPA
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and Lead accounting team
- Assist staff members in the preparation of monthly and quarterly accounting reports
- Assist with data analysis as needed
- Perform reconciliations of general ledger accounts
- Reconcile bank deposits to AR Accounts
- Prepare, verify, code and post Accounts Payable invoices to accounting system if required
- Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
- Processing due invoices for payments
- Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
- Assist with GL account analysis as needed
- Ensure all payments, including Credit Cards Payments, are posted in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform other special projects and functions as assigned by management.
SKILLS:
- Competency with SAGE
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products required
- Outstanding communication, analytical skills and attention to detail required
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or relates subject is preferred
- Chartered Accountant Degree or CPA Certification done
