Job Description
· Build-up the relation with Shipping Line Higher Management.
CFS coordination and networking
· Knowledge about On-Wheel Customs passing (SB LEO) in export shipments.
· Knowledge about Factory stuffing and customs passing (SB LEO).
· Stuffing process in CFS and Customs passing (SB LEO).
· Customs CLP preparation and take signature from passing authority.
· Handling Cargo examination in CFS.
· Build-up the relation with CFS Higher Management.
Co-ordination and follow up regarding movement of goods
· All Import /Export Logistics, Shipment Tracking from Various sources.
· Follow-up to transporter for arranging trucks for container cargo lifting.
· Follow-up to warehouse team if cargo loading / unloading at our warehouse.
· Build-up relation with outside vendors regarding PP Bags, Fumigation, Labour, transportation, Phytosanitary department.
· Coordinate with Port to move the cargo directly to our warehouse and start Phyto, FSSAI & Customs clearance process there.
· Coordinate with Phytosanitary team to manage inspection in Import and Export shipments.
Customs PUB visit
· Knowledge about Customs PUB Nhava Sheva work.
· Present occasionally in front of higher level in Customs.
· Handle Duty drawback refund and scrips.
Break Bulk related handling
· Handle Break-Bulk shipments at Bombay Port Trust (BPT) / Mundra / Kandla Port.
· Coordinate with Port team to move the cargo directly to warehouse.
· Handle Customs, Phyto & Fumigation work independently.
· Build-up relation with BPT / Mundra / Kandla operation team and yard operation team.
Filing related work
· Maintain import and export shipments related papers filing work.
BOE / BRC closure related compliance
· Complete the documents for closure the Bill of Entry on RBI portal.
· Submit the documents for issuing the Bank realisation certificate to closure the Shipping Bill.
Other Skills
· Regular checking of clearing expense sheet and analyze the extra charges.
· Computer Skills: - Word, Advance Excel, PPT, Internet browsing for Research, Using banks payment systems, Outlook Email etc.
· Good teamwork, Time management and organization skills.
· Conduct analysis of existing work flow at regular intervals and initiate to set up new processes and systems and implement it.
· Flexibility, adaptability & managing multiple priorities & multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.
· Maintain MIS as per scope of work.
