We are now seeking a creative and motivated Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to support the execution of marketing initiatives and help grow brand awareness, client bookings, and overall business performance.
The Role
This is a full-time, on-site role working across both clinic locations.
This is a hands-on, in-clinic position — not a purely strategic or remote role. You will be actively involved in creating content, working alongside therapists, and engaging with clients to drive real bookings and results.
As a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist, you will support and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
You will be working closely with our therapists and clients daily, capturing treatment results and creating content within a beauty-focused, female-dominated client environment.
You will also:
Assist in coordinating tasks with a Junior Marketing Coordinator
Work alongside third-party marketing agencies, reviewing campaign performance and supporting implementation
Flexibility to work between our Ringwood and Alphington clinic locations is required.
Key Responsibilities
Create and film engaging beauty and skincare content in-clinic (treatments, results, education, BTS)
Manage social media scheduling, posting, and engagement
Respond to DMs, comments, and client enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Assist in executing marketing campaigns, launches, and promotions
Support digital campaigns including Meta Ads and email marketing
Analyse marketing performance and assist with reporting
Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels
Collaborate with clinic teams to promote treatments, packages, and seasonal campaigns
Work with external marketing agencies and review campaign performance
Identify opportunities to grow brand awareness and increase bookings
What We’re Looking For
Currently based in Melbourne and able to work on-site (non-negotiable)
Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
2–5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation
Experience in beauty, skincare, aesthetics, or personal care industry highly preferred
Strong interest or passion for the beauty and skin industry is essential
Confident creating content (filming, editing, posting)
Comfortable being on camera and working in a clinic environment
Strong organisational and campaign coordination skills
Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads (advantageous)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proactive, creative, and hands-on mindset
Key Performance Indicators
Success in this role will be measured by:
Growth in client bookings generated through marketing
Increased social media engagement and brand visibility
Successful execution of campaigns and promotions
Performance and ROI of marketing initiatives
