Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and service-focused professional to join our Food & Beverage team as a Part-Time In-Room Dining Attendant within a luxury 5-star hotel environment. This role is ideal for an individual who takes pride in delivering refined, attentive service and understands the importance of presentation, and detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver in-room dining orders promptly and professionally, ensuring accuracy and presentation meet luxury standards
Provide courteous, personalised service while respecting guest privacy and comfort
Set up and clear dining experiences within guest rooms efficiently and discreetly
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas in line with health and safety standards
Collaborate with the kitchen and wider team to ensure a seamless guest experience
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Victorian RSA
