In-Room Dining Attendant

As an In-Room Dining Attendant, you will be the face of exceptional service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a flawless and personalised dining experience in the comfort of their room. Whether serving a delightful breakfast, an afternoon snack, or an elegant dinner, your commitment to attention to detail and excellence will ensure each guest feels truly cared for.
What You’ll Do:
Provide outstanding in-room dining service, ensuring each guest’s experience is seamless, memorable, and delivered with care
Take and deliver orders promptly while providing guests with information about the menu, specials, and beverage options
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of service areas, ensuring hygiene and presentation standards are upheld
Handle special requests and cater to guest dietary needs or preferences
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure efficient, timely service
Anticipate guest needs and exceed their expectations with personalised service
Assist with special events, functions, and large bookings as required
What You Will Bring:
Previous experience in a hospitality or food and beverage role (preferred but not essential)
A positive, friendly, and can-do attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests and work well with the team
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
A passion for providing world-class service and creating memorable guest experiences
