Job Description
Member Duties : Evening activities include: a movie night, Pride night, game night, and culture club. Provide presentations to local groups as needed. Attend local, regional and national youth leadership development opportunities. Facilitate group events with minimal supervision. Maintain consistent boundaries personally and regarding Teen Center policies and procedures. Demonstrate initiative, active listening, effective communication, and problem-solving skills Assesses situational, risk, and crisis conditions, and respond appropriately. Cultivate a welcoming and therapeutic environment that celebrates all identities and cultures. Maintain a welcoming, therapeutic, and chill environment. Attend meetings and check-ins including HOPE Coalition meetings. At the end of the day the member will help Cloud staff clean up the youth center and do documentation on AKAIMS for YAS Clients.
