About the opportunity

Australians are online shopping like never before, so as our Inbound Customer Service Consultant, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our customers have what they want, when they need it. You’ll join a diverse, supportive bunch of customer-focused people who all care about our purpose of connecting people with each other and the world. Role details

Part‑Time Role - 10 hours per week, 12-Month Fixed Term

Looking for a role that fits around life, builds real‑world experience, and offers flexible hours? This could be a great fit.
Role Type

12‑month fixed‑term, working 10 hours per week, flexing up to full time hours during busy periods (e.g. Nov- Jan & Easter).
Pay

Full‑time equivalent salary from $61,628 + 12% super (trainee rate). Increases to $68,003 + 12% super after three months of aggregated employment within a 12‑month period.
Part‑time pay is pro‑rata.
Flexible Hours That Work for You
10 hours per week, across two 5‑hour shifts. Shifts scheduled Monday to Friday between 8:00am–8:00pm.
Choose from a range of available shifts based on business needs with rosters released 4 weeks in advance.
Opportunity to increase hours if your availability allows.

✅Training & Support

3 weeks of full‑time, paid training onsite Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.
Training starts 22nd June 2026.
Hybrid Work Model

One day per week in the office supporting flexibility and work–life balance.

What you'll deliver with us

Answering customers’ calls, using your powers of deduction to track customers’ parcels and solve issues like damaged or missing parcels.
Putting to good use that knack you have for turning a tricky situation into a favourable experience for our customers.
Helping our customers with a range of different enquiries from calculating postage rates to helping book passport appointments.
Tech-savvy enough to work effortlessly across multiple IT platforms and simultaneous tasks.
