Unified CX Solutions is looking for experienced Call Center Customer Service and Technical Support Representatives to handle Inbound calls from existing Canadian customers.
· Full-Time positions available
· Shifts available between 4pm-9am IST
· Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English Required

Requirements
The ideal candidate must enjoy a teamwork oriented environment, open to collaborating with others, motivated in helping their peers and customers and is customer driven.
· Experience working in a Call Center environment handling incoming and/or making outgoing calls
· Customer Service oriented in developing and maintaining a positive customer interaction
· Strong English communication and people skills – written and verbal communication
· Ability to multi-task and comfortable operating in multiple applications at one time
· Open to flexibility in schedule including working extended or extra shifts
· Providing an exceptional customer service experience on every call
