We seek a talented Social Media and Content Marketing Manager to join our team and help us grow our online presence and drive meaningful engagement with our target audience.
Job Overview:
As the Manager of Social Media and Content Marketing, your role will include overseeing all of our social media accounts and developing inbound content such as blogs, guides, ebooks, newsletters, and more. Your objective is to craft compelling content that resonates with our audience and improves key performance indicators that are related to both social media and content.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain all Zeda.io social media accounts, with a primary focus on LinkedIn with over 12K followers.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow our inbound newsletter, Product Cafe, and increase its subscriber base.
• Produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to our target audience.
• Develop and implement content promotion and distribution strategies to drive traffic and conversions from external sources.
• Build communities for Zeda.io and engage with external communities to drive referral traffic and conversions.
• Create and run strategic influencer marketing campaigns to promote Zeda.io in contextual channels.
• Work closely with the product marketing team to plan product launches on various platforms like Product Hunt.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in social media and content marketing.
• Proven expertise in copywriting and creative content creation.
• Demonstrated experience in inbound and social media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO and inbound marketing as a channel.
• Ability to think creatively and develop engaging, viral social media campaigns.
• Experience with creative design tools like Canva, MS Designer, Adobe Spark, Figma, etc.
• Experience with social and content marketing tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive things with minimal hand-holding.
Good to have:
• Previous experience with planning virtual and in-person events, and workshops.
• Subject matter expertise in SaaS and prior experience with B2B SaaS startups.
