Job Description – Tele Caller Inbound Service (Customer Care service)
Experience – Fresher - 6 Month – 3 Year experience in Customer Service in Insurance/Banking/Financial Services. Customer Service in BPO/Insurance industry preferred
Responsibilities
· Should have zeal to Sales the Insurance of Health and Motor
· Excellent with communication skills(English + Malayalam, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada- Any one)
· Insurance background an added advantage.
· Should have Telecaller experience
· Flexible to work in Rotational Shifts
· Weekly 2 days Off
Requirements
· At least 3- 6 Month experience in Telecaller Insurance/Banking/Financial Services preferred
· Should be proficient & spontaneous in English/ Additional Language
· Any Graduate are preferred.
· Should be passionate for growth
· Should not be more than 34 years of age
· Should be vaccinated ( Covid )
· Should be open to work from office
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
