Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for an Incharge Operation Theatre at Motherhood. The Incharge will be responsible for supervising the operation theatre staff, managing daily operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and maintaining a sterile environment. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating surgical schedules, managing inventory of surgical supplies, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and protocols.
Qualifications
• Supervisory Skills for managing staff and operational activities
• Experience in Operations and Operations Management
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve processes
• Excellent Communication skills
• Relevant experience in a hospital or clinical setting is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
