Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Incident Response and Operations Professional to join our team at HESTA Super Fund. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our incident response efforts, including responding to security incidents, conducting post-incident activities, and implementing corrective actions.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Information Security, with experience in incident response, threat intelligence, and security operations. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead the response to security incidents, including coordination with internal stakeholders and external parties as required
Conduct post-incident activities, including root cause analysis and recommendations for improvement
Implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Information Security, with a focus on incident response and operations
Strong understanding of security standards and frameworks, including NIST Cybersecurity Framework and ISO 27001
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
