We are looking for a qualified Independent Prescriber (Pharmacist or Physiotherapist) to join our Birmingham-based practice. This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously in assessing, diagnosing, and managing patient care.
Duties And Responsibilities
• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients within your scope of practice.
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans independently.
• Provide consultations for minor ailments and chronic conditions.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
• Registered with the relevant regulatory body (GPhC or HCPC).
• Independent Prescribing qualification.
• Clinical experience in a prescribing role.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practice.
