Location - Noida
Roles Roles & Responsibilities of the Job:
· Responsible for managing Medical Insurance/Life Insurance process globally.
· End to End management of Employee Enrolment & Cancellation process.
· Responsible for Policy Renewals of Medical and Life insurances across regions annually.
· Censes management and validations during policy renewals & ensuring Benefits data updation in the HR systems.
· Responsible for Vendor Management & negotiations.
· Liaison with Country HRs and other stakeholders on Benefits related matters.
· Ensure the accuracy of all benefits enrolments and determine employee eligibility
· Ensuring timely responses to Employee Queries related to Benefits and resolving claim related issues.
· Work on automation of Benefit related applications/tools availability.
· Liaise with vendors and negotiate and coordinate contracts for new and existing plans.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
· Graduate/Post-graduate with +-12 years of relevant HR experience in Benefits Administration role (Prior experience in Benefits is mandatory).
· Time Management and prioritization
· High level of discretion – ability to deal with highly confidential information appropriately.
· Ability to work both independently and as an integral member of various teams.
· Strong interpersonal, communications (written and verbal) with problem solving skills
· Computer literate& Proficient in using MS Office & Excel
