Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multiple client engagements across domains such as Statutory Audit, Taxation, Internal Audit, or Advisory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations.
• Review and finalize audit reports, tax filings, or advisory deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accounting principles, and internal policies.
• Mentor and develop junior team members through training, performance reviews, and feedback.
• Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and participating in proposals/pitches.
• Contribute to organizational strategy, process improvement, and practice growth initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification.
• 12+ years of relevant professional experience in a mid- to large-sized firm or industry.
• Strong technical knowledge in [choose: IFRS, Ind AS, GST, Income Tax, Internal Controls, etc.]
• Proven experience in managing client relationships and leading project teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a focus on quality.
