Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Individual Giving & Legacies Manager to join our Fundraising Team at Helen & Douglas House.
Helen & Douglas House provides palliative care to children and their families throughout Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties, relying on £4 million in public donations annually to continue services.
This is a permanent position with the option for part-time or flexible work arrangements, requiring a minimum of 1 year's experience in individual giving, legacies, or marketing roles, along with expertise in managing complex projects.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement supporter acquisition and retention strategies to maximize active supporters and lifetime value.
Plan and execute individual giving fundraising campaigns across offline and digital channels.
Contribute to legacy marketing efforts, cultivating and retaining confirmed legacy supporters.
Lead and manage the Individual Giving Executive.
