Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Industrial Cleaning Foreman to lead and supervise industrial cleaning projects. This role is vital in ensuring that all cleaning operations are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management skills, hands-on site experience, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and resources effectively. As a key leader on-site, you will oversee daily activities, enforce safety protocols, and ensure project milestones are met while maintaining excellent communication with clients and team members.
Duties
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of cleaning tasks
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with OSHA regulations and schematics
Utilize blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately interpret project requirements
Manage daily safety briefings, enforce OSHA standards, and conduct safety audits to maintain a secure work environment
Oversee equipment operation including the use of tools like ohmmeters for electrical checks and other specialized instruments
Track project budgets, manage contracts, and ensure all work aligns with project scope and specifications
Supervise subcontractors and team members, providing guidance on best practices in construction cleaning processes
Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, issues encountered, and resolutions implemented for project records
Qualifications
Proven management experience in construction or industrial cleaning environments with supervising responsibilities
Strong knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Primavera
Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to pipeline projects or heavy industrial facilities
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols specific to construction sites
Experience in project scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and contract management
Hands-on construction site experience with an understanding of construction estimating processes
Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients or stakeholders
Relevant certifications in construction management or safety preferred; knowledge of construction site operations essential
