Workforce Australia For Individuals is seeking an Industrial Manufacturing Engineer to coordinate and ensure the functionality and maintenance of equipment and machinery in stone processing and product manufacturing. The ideal candidate will analyze organizational workflows and project information to determine worker responsibilities, optimizing efficiency in the process. They will review and optimize workforce utilization, production schedules, and equipment performance to achieve maximum productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Responsibilities include implementing specifications for materials, machinery, and production processes to ensure efficient material flows leading to optimum production. The successful candidate will design and oversee the operation of stone-processing machinery and systems for cutting, shaping, polishing, and finishing residential and commercial products. They will enforce standards set by company management for installation, inspection, and maintenance of factory machinery, ensuring adherence to engineering principles and workplace safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will conduct preventive maintenance inspections and performance assessments of equipment/machinery to ensure continued optimum operation and identification of technical issues in time for timely resolution. They will report any foreseeable production delays due to technical issues to higher management and offer technical advice in the implementation of new policies and maintenance schedules to support organizational goals.
