Experience Matters: With 5-8 years in an industrial or manufacturing environment, you know your way around heavy-duty machinery.
Certified Professional: You hold a Red Seal certification as a Millwright/Industrial Mechanic and have completed a recognized apprenticeship.
Problem-Solver & Team Player: You’re not just good at what you do—you’re great at communicating, collaborating, and finding solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Savvy: Your ability to read blueprints, work in confined spaces, and handle complex machinery makes you an invaluable asset.
