We’re looking for a Product Designer, on a project basis, who can bring form, feeling, and function into harmony. This role is for someone who views design not just as aesthetics, but as a means of problem-solving with meaning, where every curve, texture, and interaction tells a story.
What You’ll Do:
• Design for the Real World: Lead product ideation, concept sketching, CAD modeling, and prototyping for premium consumer tech and utility products.
• Shape Product Language: Define and evolve the visual identity of a new product portfolio—one that feels premium, tactile, and distinctly Indian in spirit.
• Build What You Imagine: Collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are not just beautiful, but also feasible and scalable (DFM).
• Craft through Materiality: Explore and define CMF (Color, Material, Finish) directions that elevate everyday touchpoints - creating products that feel as good as they look.
• Design Sustainably: Integrate human-centered and sustainability-first principles into every phase of development - from packaging to user experience.
• Tell a Story Beyond the Product: Contribute to packaging, unboxing, and experience design that reinforces the product's narrative and intent.
We’re Looking For:
• Experience designing lifestyle, consumer tech, or home appliances
• Proficiency in tools like SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360, KeyShot, Adobe CC, etc.
• Strong foundation in form development, CMF strategy, and ergonomic detailing
• Understanding of DFM processes and materials (plastics, metals, electronics housings, etc.)
• A portfolio that demonstrates both conceptual thinking and production-ready execution
• Bonus: Familiarity with sustainability frameworks or storytelling through packaging
