About the Role
This role will be responsible for driving the growth and success of AIPT's industry lead pipeline by optimising student conversions through targeted outreach, strategic partnerships, and efficient lead nurturing. The role complements and supports the BDM Team by qualifying and converting warm leads generated by them as well as handling large volumes of calls to engage with potential and existing customers.
Some of the key tasks include:
Conducting follow-ups to nurture leads, confirm sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Actively managing leads that are outside of KPI to bring them back into target range and optimise conversion.
Collaborate with BDMs, Telesales and Marketing to maximise conversions through appointment setting and campaign strategies such as SMS and EDM.
The role includes a base of $75,000 and an uncapped commission structure.
About You
The right candidate for this role will be passionate about lead nurturing and converting sales from warm leads. They will have:
Experience in a telesales and/or an appointment setting role.
Prior experience in an RTO would be highly desirable.
Strong communication with the ability to identify our customer's needs.
Self motivated with a strong urge to achieve and exceed targets.
Demonstrated ability to manage call volume and engagement.
Exceptional ability to successfully convert leads to sales.
