Hiring Outreach Specialist/ Influencer to work with a digital media an award winning company at Mumbai
Key Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Managed campaign(s) where onboarded and managed at least 50 influencers.
• Please share a campaign example along with your resume.
• Experience in Business Development
Responsibilities
You're someone with strong communication skills.
Build relationships with key influencers starting with India
Researching, vetting and engaging influencers, and briefing them.
Content management, data collection and ensuring all deadlines are hit.
Secure and negotiate influencer partnerships as well as organic influencer opportunities
Monitoring influencer content in market, tracking data, post-campaign evaluation, identifying key learnings and opportunities for improvement
Stay on top of influencer trends including top and up and coming influencers, and relevant campaigns
Qualifications
You have established existing influencer relationships.
Demonstrated passion for the influencer marketing and social media landscape strategy
Experience working on influencer/ social media campaigns
Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media, preferably with a background PR, social, content or digital
Ability to analyze the fit of an influencer using analytics
Clarity in written and verbal communication in a professional manner
Extremely detail oriented, work-oriented and analytical
Ability to work independently, and under pressure in a fast-paced environment while remaining highly motivated
Able to monitor for influencer coverage and evaluate content performance
