Influencer & Brand Marketing Specialist at PyjamaHR -
We are seeking a highly motivated Influencer & Brand Marketing Specialist to join our rapidly growing company, PyjamaHR. Our innovative Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is currently used by over 5,000 companies and is on track to revolutionize the global hiring landscape.
As an Influencer & Brand Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with our marketing leadership team to develop and execute strategies across various channels, including influencer marketing, podcast marketing, YouTube marketing, webinar marketing, and other branding activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
● Identify and build relationships with key influencers and thought leaders in the industry to increase brand awareness and drive growth.
● Plan, coordinate, and promote podcast marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reach.
● Develop and execute YouTube marketing campaigns, including content creation, channel optimization, and advertising.
● Organize and promote webinars and virtual events to engage the audience and drive user acquisition.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and analytics, to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and initiatives.
● Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance across various channels, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing, podcast marketing, YouTube marketing, webinar marketing, and branding.
REQUIREMENTS:
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
● 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, podcast marketing, YouTube marketing, webinar marketing, and branding activities.
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
● Experience working in a product-based industry is a plus.
● Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Knowledge of social media management tools, marketing automation tools, and CRM platforms is a plus
SALARY RANGE: 3.6-6 LPA
