Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Influencer Marketing & Content Creation Intern to manage the backspaced Creators Program, maintain our existing influencer network, and create engaging social media content (primarily Reels). This is a remote position open to applicants across India, with a preference for candidates based in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
• Influencer Marketing
• Manage and nurture Backspaced’s existing influencer network.
• Identify and collaborate with new micro-influencers aligned with the brand’s ethos.
• Oversee influencer campaigns from start to finish, including outreach, coordination, and reporting.
• Engage with the influencer community to build strong, long-term relationships.
Content Creation
• Ideate and create engaging content (primarily short-form videos/Reels) for Instagram and other platforms.
• Stay up to date with trends in fashion and social media to produce fresh, relevant content.
• Support photoshoots and assist in creating behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, and product content.
• Enjoy the creative freedom to experiment with concepts, trends, and formats to bring the backspaced vibe alive online.
Other Marketing Support
• Contribute to social media strategy, email campaigns, and overall content planning.
• If Mumbai-based, participate in photoshoots, offline events, and pop-up activations.
What You’ll Gain

Location: Remote (Preference for Mumbai-based applicants)
Duration: Minimum 3 months
Compensation:
• Fixed stipend + variable (performance-based)
