Influencer Marketing Executive

Dermatouch is a fast-growing D2C skincare and dermatology-led brand focused on delivering effective, sciencebacked solutions.We’re building a strong digital presence and are looking for a creative, datadriven Influencer Marketing Executive to scale our influencer collaborations and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with relevant influencers, creators, and dermatologists
Coordinate product seeding, campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables
Negotiate commercials, contracts, and usage rights with influencers
Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) and share insights
Work closely with the content, performance marketing, and D2C teams to align campaigns with brand goals
Stay updated with influencer trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing (beauty, skincare, or D2C preferred)
Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator ecosystems
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Hands-on experience with influencer tools, reporting, and analytics
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
