Job description :
- Scouting for passionate recruitment professionals with strong experience in leadership hiring for Outsourcing & IT Services domains.
- Understanding mandates and source relevant candidates from LinkedIn, networking, head hunting and other available sources.
- Scheduling interviews of shortlisted candidates in consultation with HR SPOCs & other key stake holders.
- Handholding selected leaders and ensure that they are joining on their respective offers.
- Managing client SPOCs, their expectations and day to day deliverables with precision.
- Ensure revenue targets and other key performance metrics are met regularly
- Work Timings - +.30 AM to 6.30 PM, five days a week (Saturday - Sunday Off)
- Work Location: remote; hiring office B-8 Sector 132, Noida
Desired candidate profile :
- A high potential candidate with proven expertise in sourcing & placing leadership talent in large outsourcing & IT services companies.
- Fast tracker with last 3 years of hands on experience in handling end to end executive hiring in a recruitment consulting set-up, preferably with well-known brands.
- Excellent track record in account / client management; skills to carry out mature & intelligent communication with senior stakeholders
