Responsibilities
• The DD Project Manager will ensure that technology projects and workstreams within EPF deliver outputs and solutions that meet the defined business requirements, within the required timescales and defined budget, while fulfilling the business expectations in relation to quality.
• Effectively apply programme and/or project governance, Digital Division standards, practices, and procedures to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage a range of technology enabled projects commissioned by within EPF, ensuring that projects are appropriately scoped, resource requirements are forecast and work plans are produced / revised as appropriate.
• Produce and review with team members the project products and deliverables to ensure that these will meet the agreed scope and requirements for business change. These include
• Work collaboratively with the DD Skills Demand Manager and other DD managers/supervisors in identifying the resource requirements, and to assign / delegate day to day individual responsibilities to project team members to ensure delivery in line with time, quality, and cost measures.
• Identify, manage and mitigate technology project risks and dependencies to minimise exposure and impact to ensure successful delivery of the project
• Develop and execute agreed communication plans to keep stakeholders appropriately informed of project progress and changes.
Deliverables / Outputs
• Management of Technology Risk Registers
• Planning & Coordination of all documents for all project activities relating to technology
• Coordination of production of all DD Change Advisory Board and 3DA governance artefacts.
• Coordination of DPIA development
• Support the Change PM in developing Business Cases
