Lead – Governance, Risk and Compliance
Location:- Jaipur
As the Lead – GRC (Jaipur), you will assume a critical role in ensuring that AU Bank's IT department adheres to a robust governance framework, effectively manages risks associated with RBI, NPCI, and other relevant Indian banking regulations, and maintains compliance with all applicable laws and standards.
This role involves close collaboration with IT leaders, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to establish and sustain a culture of GRC excellence.
Experience and Required Skills
A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in GRC, with a significant focus on IT governance, risk management, and compliance within the Indian banking sector.
In-depth knowledge of Indian banking regulatory requirements, including RBI and NPCI guidelines.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective GRC programs.
Experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly preferred.
Proficiency in GRC software and tools.
Additional Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
A deep understanding of emerging technology trends and their implications for GRC within the Indian banking context.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Risk Management, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CRISC) is advantageous
