Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Infrastructure Engineer. The Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, server and storage implementation, technical support, and IT infrastructure management. The role is primarily based in New Delhi with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Information Technology and Server and storage Administration knowledge
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience with storage area network (SAN) technologies is a plus
• IT certifications such as IBM, Linux, AIX, Windows, Netapp, EMC certifications are beneficial
