Job Description
You’ll serve as the primary technical authority, responsible for both day-to-day IT operations and longer-term IT and security strategy in support of commercial and U.S. federal government work.
What you’ll own:
• Systems administration across servers, endpoints, networks, and cloud tools
• Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Azure AD, identity and access management
• IT onboarding/offboarding and employee support
• Vendor, license, and asset management
• Security architecture and controls aligned to NIST, CMMC Level 1 & 2, FAR, and DFARS
• Policies, procedures, documentation, and audit readiness
• Oversight of a CUI enclave and third-party IT/security providers
This role starts as an individual contributor.
You will be the IT function.
As the environment stabilizes and the company grows, this role helps define what the IT organization becomes.
