Looking for an IT Project manager / program manager for one of the leading companies in India.
Somebody who has been a Program Manager/Project manager/PMO lead in a Product based company and has used IT to enable projects in various departments of the company will be ideally suited for this role.
This role reports to the Chief Digital Officer and is responsible for managing the ongoing / new digital projects
Responsibilities
• Gathering the business requirement from stakeholders
• Planning project activities viz. estimation, tracking, change management and post- implementation support.
• Tracking IT service delivery performance and helping to improve Service level agreements.
• Managing and coordinating vendor activities
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / IT
• Proven IT project management experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
• Experience in CRM and Saas
