We seek an IT Recruiter with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in client coordination and be able to work within given timelines.
Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit qualified candidates for IT positions through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events
• Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
• Facilitate interviews and provide feedback to both hiring managers and candidates
• Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding processes
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an IT recruiter or similar role
• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong time-management skills and ability to work within given timelines
• Client coordination experience is a plus
