Looking for Jr IT Recruiter for Healthcare industry in Mumbai Andheri.
candidate who is having 3 to 5 Years of experience into Healthcare industry, in KPO hiring is Must.
• Build a strong understanding of the organizations business objectives and organizational structure.
• Having deep expertise in performing Resource planning. Work with BU heads for resource forecast , resource planning & resource fulfillment plan
• Developing Sourcing Strategy, by identifying the most effective sourcing channels like job portals, employee referrals, social networking, recruitment networks, head hunting etc.
• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the hiring requirements and roles and responsibilities of the role.
• Screen, evaluate and qualify candidates, including conducting in-depth candidate interviews to develop a deep understanding of candidate qualifications and competencies.
• Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities with few hiring tests or other techniques.
• Engagement with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications. Discussion on hiring Strategy with Business heads.
• Workday HRMS knowledge will be an added advantage. Roles and Responsibilities
