Senior Associate – Infrastructure Private Credit
📍 Chicago or New York City
A leading global investment platform is hiring a Senior Associate to join its growing Infrastructure Private Credit team.
This is a high-impact role focused on deal execution, underwriting, and portfolio support across a diversified infrastructure strategy, including energy transition, digital infrastructure, and core assets.
What you’ll do:
• Evaluate and underwrite infrastructure debt investments
• Build and analyze financial models for complex transactions
• Support deal execution from diligence through close
• Work directly with senior investment professionals on live deals
• Contribute to investment memos and credit recommendations
What they’re looking for:
• 3–7 years of experience in:
• Project finance / infrastructure banking
• Infrastructure debt / private credit
• Renewable energy / capital markets (developer or fund)
• Strong financial modeling and credit analysis skills
• Experience working on live transactions
• Interest in long-term, asset-based investing
