About the Role
As a Field and Infusion Nurse at Innomar Strategies Inc., you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, assessing patient responses, and providing education on product monographs and program protocols.
You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications in patient's home, specialty clinics, and Physician Partnership clinic settings.
Able to travel within your designated IBU and surrounding IBUs to meet operational needs.
Required to follow all nursing and clinic standard operating procedures and Work Instructions.
What You'll Need:
Relevant experience as a Registered Nurse required.
1 year experience in IV initiation.
Current registration with licensing body; CPR certificate.
We provide a competitive salary range of $72,400 CAD - 111,540 CAD and a comprehensive benefits package.
