We're looking for a passionate print designer to drive design excellence and organic reach for the Aramya brand.
About the Opportunity:
This role is pivotal in designing prints for the garments of the Aramya brand, requiring a creative and innovative approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create innovative design concepts that resonate with customers, drawing inspiration from market trends, cultural influences, and customer feedback.
• Develop detailed print files and technical packs to bring design concepts to life, iterating and refining based on customer feedback.
• Research and analyze the market to monitor current fashion trends, collections, customer preferences, and competitors to strengthen brand image and maintain competitive positioning.
Ideal Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in Textile/Fashion Design from a reputable institution.
• 3+ years of work experience in print design.
• Openness to working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Demonstrated experience in high-level aesthetics and creative ability.
• Ability to create technical packages of prints and garments.
• Proficiency in software such as Illustrator, Corel Draw, and Photoshop.
• Hunger for learning and growth, and a desire to join an early-stage startup.
• Full understanding of print design and practical knowledge of bulk printing.
• Knowledge of fabrics and textiles.
• Problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
