Role Description
This is a full-time inside Sales Coordinator role located on-site in Ahmedabad. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for customer service and communication with clients over the phone/email. They will also be responsible for processing orders and ensuring customer satisfaction., Handling the whole office, Travel Booking, Taking appointment with schools & collages, managment of the whole office
Qualifications
• Experience in inside sales and customer service
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate via phone/email
• Order processing and customer satisfaction skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the training industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, communication, or related field
