Role Description
Mango Semiconductors is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in Ghaziabad. The Inside Sales Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day sales and technical support activities, including generating quotations, providing technical support, and assisting with the sales process.
Job Description
• Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our products again
• Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met
• Encourage potential clients to buy our products and close the best possible deal
• Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers
• Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met
• Experience in the electronics industry is a plus
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years' experience
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Emailing, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
Location: Ghaziabad, NCR
Joining: Immediate
Indicative Salary: INR 2.5 Lacs to INR 3.5 Lacs per annum
