Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our Business Development team. This individual will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong sales acumen and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
Sales Outreach: Initiate outbound sales efforts to pitch our recruitment services, understand client requirements, and close business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Proposal Development: Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop customized recruitment solutions and compelling proposals for clients.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, preferably within the HR consultancy or recruitment industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
