Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.
Provide detailed information about tour packages, pricing, and itineraries.
Follow up with leads and close sales through effective communication.
Maintain a high level of customer service and build long-term relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain records of interactions and bookings using CRM software.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and close deals efficiently.
Basic knowledge of travel destinations and holiday packages.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online communication tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow within the company.
