Job Description
Job Profile:
• Process orders, manage inventory and handle sales inquiries
• Monitor incoming shipment and update system. Process local and import orders and arrange shipment with forwarders
• Attend to customers enquiries and prepare quotations
• Match packing/delivery order and invoices
• Provide administrative and logistic support for product workshops or congress
• Conduct internal stock check weekly
• Liaise with the sales team and distributors in Indian region for their requirement
• In emergency cases, be prepared to work longer hours and/or odd hours
Skills and Experience:
• Must be familiar with Tally ERP system
• Must have an accounting / finance background
• Must have good written and oral communication skills
• Experience and knowledge in inventory management
• Experience and knowledge in working with distributors and agents preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft office – excel, word, power point
• Professional telephone manner
