Job Description
We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and customer-oriented inside sales executive to generate quality leads as well as follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries. You should also be able to conduct research on market trends and competitors' products.
To be successful as an inside sales executive, you should be persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals. Ultimately, a top-performing inside sales executive should be able to demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills at all times.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
• Staying informed about competing products and services
• Researching and qualifying new leads
• Liaising with the Field / Sales Managers on the leads and assisting wherever required
• Help Field / Sales Managers achieve or exceed the numbers or team quota assigned per month
To apply for this role, you must:
• 0-3 years in an Inside sales position (Sports Industry preferred)
• Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong listening and sales skills
• Ability to achieve targets
• Bachelor’s Degree
