Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of Inside Sales professionals to build a robust B2B sales pipeline.
Meeting Inside Sales Targets.
- Ensuring team operations for inside sales functions
- Sales Conversions for digital DIY leads
- Researching prospects on platforms such as Google, LinkedIn
- Leveraging ones own database as well as provided databases to build sales pipeline for the Sales closing team
- Qualifying marketing generated leads for Sales Consultants based on pre defined criteria
- Lead Generation - Tele-calling, Emailing, social media reach-outs & more
- Exceeding team targets - # Calls, Reach-outs, Meeting setups, Leads qualified, etc.
- Sales funnel planning & maintenance duly catalogued in the CRM Opportunity
Skills and Qualification :
- MBA
- 10-15 yrs of experience
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership and team building skills
