• Monthly target achievements in terms of no. of MSME customers acquired and delivering volume & and revenue targets:
• This will require rate negotiations, customization of offerings, and managing relationships with various stakeholders on a regular basis
• Guide the team to achieve their targeted revenue every month. Compliment digital marketing efforts to opportunity generation, conversion, and churning of leads
• Team hiring, training, grooming, enablement, and review toward delivery of assigned targets on a monthly basis
• Leverage CRM skills to ensure the desired productivity of the team is achieved and minimize funnel leakages
