Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our SAAS solutions.
- Understand client needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and product enhancements.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record of success in inside sales, preferably within the SAAS industry.
- Experience with sales cycles, CRM systems, and sales methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
