#TheSleepCompany is hiring Customer Service Executive & Sales Executive having an experience in Inbound call centre, Email Support with Good Communication Skills.
Experience: 1+ Year
Office Location: Techweb Center Oshiwara, Jogeshwari West.
Walk in Drive: 23rd Sept 2026 (Saturday) Timings: 11AM- 2PM

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle calls on leads generated
• Describe the services and USP of the same and try to generate maximum conversions
• Regular follow-ups with potential customer
• Overall problem solving for customers and coordination as necessary.
• Handle any operations-related activities that may be required
• Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excels.
• Generate relevant reports from the same.
• Analyse the quality of calls and strive for improvement.
• Preparing of daily reports and maintaining of daily data
Requirements:
• Graduation/HSC with relevant experience.
• Great customer service skills, should able to tackle and answer all the queries
• Must have excellent coordination skills, reading and writing skills
• Should have great convincing skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office
• Strong problem solving, prioritizing skills and analytical skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
