Duties
Supervise and coordinate the activities of labourer helpers and subcontractors on-site.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly to maintain productivity.
Skills
Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding construction schematics.
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a small but diverse team effectively.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout all phases of construction.
Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
