Position Title: Installation Helper
Job Type: Part-Time
Job Description:
As an Installation Helper, you will work under the direction of an experienced installer to:
• Assist in transporting window treatments to the installation site.
• Help install window treatments, including measuring and mounting.
• Perform physical tasks, such as lifting, climbing ladders, and navigating stairs.
Key Requirements:
• Ability to sit in a vehicle for up to 3 hours at a time.
• Comfortable walking up and down stairs and working from a ladder.
• Capable of standing for extended periods during installations.
• Proficiency in reading a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted and up to 75 pounds with assistance.
Compensation:
Two pay rates apply for this role:
• State Facility Work – Paid at the current state minimum wage.
• Non-State Facility Work and Travel – Pay rate based on prior experience and skill level.
Schedule:
• Days per week: 3 to 5 days
• Hours per day: 5 hours or more, depending on assignments.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.74 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
